Return and refund policies

Any warranty claim must be analyzed by the designated department, which will determine the validity of the claim (after examining the item in question) and provide you with a response within 15 business days, in accordance with the law.

The buyer may request a refund, exchange, or credit if the item exhibits any of the following quality non-conformity criteria:

Non-conformity in Printing:

  • Defective print.
  • Misaligned or overlapping print.
  • Print with gaps.
  • Print with stains.

Non-conformity in Manufacturing:

  • Tears or perforations.
  • Loose seams.
  • Gathered seams.
  • Elastic without proper adjustment.
  • Elastic that has shrunk.
  • Measurements that do not conform to the sizing.
  • Threads that have snapped.
  • Defective buttons or zippers.
  • Unfinished seams.

Non-conformity in the Fabric:

  • Lint.
  • Color migration.
  • Poor fabric solidity.
  • Frayed fibers.

For other cases, once the validity of the warranty claim has been determined, it will be addressed through repair. The shipping costs for warranty exchanges will be borne by Swimddy.com. The client will ship the package using the chosen carrier with cash on delivery. Swimddy.com is not responsible for the loss or misplacement of the packages.

The availability period for spare parts, components, supplies, and qualified labor in the event of a repair request will be 30 days from the date of purchase. Any costs associated with a repair not covered by warranty will be borne by the client.

After 90 days, we may, but are not obligated to, attempt to assist with repairs, which includes providing replacement for certain parts such as missing buttons, zippers, snaps, and laces, to the extent that these elements or repair services are subject to a case-by-case analysis by the designated department. However, we will not provide a replacement, product substitution, or refund after 90 days.
